firmware-cavium software package provides Binary firmware for Cavium Ethernet adapters, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-cavium
firmware-cavium is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-cavium package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-cavium *
You will get with firmware-cavium package name, version, architecture and description in a table
